ABOUT JUDIE CASTER

Judie Caster is an Independently Licensed Social Worker who has worked for twenty years with children, adolescents, families and adults. Her involvement with mental health services includes experience in the following settings: community mental health agencies, schools, child and youth residential centers, the court system, and private practice.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Judie provides clinical assessment and therapeutic services to young adults and adults. The therapeutic relationship is adapted to each individual’s needs, using such modalities as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy. Through an attitude of compassion and acceptance Judie empowers clients to navigate and deal with such issues as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, family dynamics, relationships, LGBTQ challenges, grief, and lifespan transitions.
