Ali Weiss Trotter is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents. She specializes in family therapy, as well as individual mental health treatment for children and adolescents. In her work as a therapist, Ali draws on a comprehensive collection of evidence-based treatment approaches such as Integrative Family and Systems therapy, structural strategic interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Ali grew up in University Heights. She earned an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and a Master of Science in Social Administration from Case Western Reserve University. Ali is highly invested in early childhood development and sits on the Board of Directors for Starting Point, which is a non-profit organization in Northeast Ohio that provides resources and referrals for education, child care, daycare, preschool, and out-of-school time. Along with her work at OPH, Ali is the Associate Director of Bellefaire JCB in Shaker Heights, Ohio. Outside of her professional work, Ali enjoys exercising, reading, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
