Dr. Keelan Quinn is a licensed clinical psychologist with more than ten years of experience providing counseling and assessment services to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in working with children and adolescents with disruptive behavior disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), executive function deficits, and those with mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Quinn believes the key to a healthy child is a supportive home environment and positive parent-child relationships. She invites parents to be a part of their children’s mental health treatment, as both children and their parents learn new skills for managing feelings and behavior more effectively. Dr. Quinn has specialized training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and Executive Functioning. Along with providing individual counseling, Dr. Quinn conducts psychological and psycho-educational assessments to individuals of all ages.
Dr. Quinn has worked in various settings including community mental health agencies, hospitals, college counseling centers, and private practice. She received a master’s degree in Community Counseling at John Carroll University in 2010, an associate’s degree in Applied Sign Language from Lakeland Community College in 2015, and a doctoral degree in Urban Education: Counseling Psychology from Cleveland State University in 2016. In addition to her work at OPH, Dr. Quinn also provides clinical supervision to psychology students and interns at a local community mental health agency.
