Dr. Leslie Jevnikar joined the Organization for Psychological Health in May 2021 after a long history treating children, adolescents, young adults and families struggling with mental health concerns. Her training includes both a Masters Degree (John Carroll University) and a PhD (Kent State University) in clinical counseling which led to licensure in the State of Ohio as a Clinical Counselor. She is also licensed to practice in the State of Georgia.
Additionally, she is a certified Cognitive Behavior Therapist (CBT), a certified ADHD Professional (ADHP-CCSP) and is certified by the TLC Foundation for Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors Virtual Training Institute in Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment approaches for trichotillomania, skin picking and related body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs)

Dr. Jevnikar’s 29 years of clinical experience has been in a residential treatment program for youth with severe emotional disturbances and developmental disability (5 years) and the past 24 years in private practice settings, telemedicine and in-home counseling.
